How to buy

Choose your favourite items throughout our website. Once your cart is full, the next step is to fill in the form with your shipping address. You’ll then need to proceed to pay by credit card. Once that’s done, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail where you’ll be able to track your order.

Payment

Payments are made through secure payment from La Caixa.

Shipping

Shipping is FREE on orders over 60€ in the Spanish peninsula.
For orders under 60€, shipping costs throughout the peninsula are 4,99€ (all taxes included). Shipping to Balearic Islands has a cost of 19,06€ (all taxes included). Shipping costs to Ceuta and Melilla are 34,04€ (all taxes included). Shipping costs to Canary Islands are 31,42€ (all taxes included).

All shipments will be made within 2/7 working days after orders are confirmed. Shipments won’t be made on weekends or holidays. All orders processed later than Thursday at 12 pm will be sent on the following Monday. All shipments will be sent by courier.

Prices

All prices include its tax percentage on appropriate rate.

Incident management

Customers may get a refund only in case you received a damaged, defective or wrong item. For any further inquiries, you can write an e-mail to store@vanderpla.com indicating your name and order number and we’ll get back to you in less than 24h so as to fix the issue.

Exchanges
• Clothes. If you are not happy with your purchase, or need a different size, you can get a replacement in a 14 day period starting on the day of reception. The product must not be used and must be returned in the same condition it was sent, as well as kept in its original packaging. In order to replace the item, it must be sent to the following address. The shipping cost for exchanges will be covered by the customer. Once your package has made it back to our offices, and we can check it’s in the abovementioned conditions, we’ll issue a replacement and ship the new items to you.

Refunds
Clothes*. If you wish to get a refund and not get a replacement, it can be issued in a 14 day period starting on the day of reception. In order to exchange the item, it must be sent to the following address. The shipping cost for exchanges will be covered by the customer. Once your package has made it back to our offices, and we can check it’s in the abovementioned conditions, we’ll issue a full refund for the amount of the purchase.
Posters*. Posters can’t be exchanged or returned given that they are printed one by one on demand. If the product was in poor condition in the moment of reception, an exception would be made.
